Room availability will be guaranteed upon receipt of the deposit. The deposit will be applied to the final bill. Deposits are refundable if notice of cancellation is received no later than 10 days prior to the scheduled date of function. Deposits for all functions are set at a minimum $200.00
Banquet rooms are assigned according to the size of the party.
Banquet parties may choose 3 entrees from the list on this page. Special religious and dietary restrictions are accommodated with the substitution of fresh fish, fruit salad or the vegetarian plate. All meat selections will be prepared medium rare to medium. All food items must be supplied and prepared by the Smokehouse Restaurant. Menu selections, room requirements, and all other arrangements must be received 72 hours prior to the function.

Accommodations for valet parking available. In the month of December, guaranteed minimum for rooms and deposits may vary. Absolutely no separate checks and a total of up to two credit cards will be accepted for payment.
There will be a minimum guarantee of $400.00 for lunch banquets and a minimum of $600.00 for dinner banquets ($800.00 Friday / Saturday ). Please ask a manager about Brunch. Menus must be selected 10 days in advance. A final guarantee of the number of guests is required 3 days in advance. Banquet will be charged for the number for guests served or 80% of guaranteed amount (before tax and gratuity)
Table linens and napkins will be provided.
Alcoholic beverages will not be served to anyone under the age of 21 or to anyone we believe is intoxication. Alcoholic beverages will not be allowed to be brought in to the restaurant by guests, with the exception of wine and champagne. A corkage fee will be charged per bottle.
All decorations must be removed immediately following the banquet. Decorations left will be disposed of by the Smokehouse Restaurant. Decorations may only be attached by scotch tape, otherwise the guest may be held responsible for the misapplication of the decorations. All entertainment or music must be kept to a minimum so not to disturb other guests in the restaurant.
